Refunds & Returns Policy

We take pride in the quality and care that goes into every product we make. We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

Refunds

We offer refunds for unopened and unused products returned to us within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, products must be in their original unopened and undamaged packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for products that have been opened or used due to hygiene reasons.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong product or a damaged item, we’re happy to exchange it for you. Please contact us at hello@gentleskin.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.

Returning an Item

To return a product, please email us at hello@gentleskin.co.uk with your order details and reason for the return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
